Wilkinson's Skinology Tea Tree Face Scrub Review

This review is about one of my favourite face scrubs. The scrub is from Wilkinsons own skincare range, Skinology. This is a great gentle scrub which makes your skin feel fresh and cleansed.

 Tea tree can be found in many things that you use daily such as shampoo and deodeoant and has a range of benefits for the body and skin. it can be used for treating eczema and acne and can also be used to treat dandruff and bad breath.

The simple bottle design makes it easy on the eye.

The scrub also includes peppermint oil which is also known to have skin benefits. It contains small beads which when rubbed in small circles into the skin lifts dead skin cells which leaves your skin feeling renewed. The exfoliating beads also makes your skin look more awake.

I use the scrub when I'm in the shower. I alternate it with a gentle foam cleanser I try not to use the exfoliating face scrub everyday because I do not want it to dry my skin out as my skin reacts differently to different things.

This scrub is a good product because it takes away the oil in the t-zone. After every time I have used this product my skin feels refreshed and renewed.

The texture of this product is a bonus because it is a smooth thin gel with small beads that work deep down in the skin, to unclog pores. The only real problem that I have with this product is the slightly strange smell. I mean it isn't unbearable but it is not what you expect from a tea tree face scrub.

The face scrub is from Wilko's/ Wilkinsons and is only 99p for a bottle which will last you a fairly long time.

It does the job as well as any other exfoliating scrub that I have tried but without irritating or drying out my skin. In my opinion, one of the best scrubs money can buy if you are on a very tight budget!
